This policy applies to https://www.baumextreme.com and the BAUM all naturals® online shop.

2. Legal framework

We process data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and, where visitors or customers in the EEA are concerned, the GDPR.

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

Order data: products, amounts, history, after-sales
Payment data: processed by Wix Payments (we do not store the full card number)
Customer / member account (if created)

Google Reviews: name / publicly displayed review content

We do not actively collect health data, except if you mention it yourself in a message.

Technical logs: short period, unless a security incident occurs
